Mr Muhammad Haifan Usalli
- General Manager
Bachelor Bldg. Quantity Surveying - 1st Class Hons (University of South Australia),
Diploma in Building Services Engineering (Ngee Ann Polytechnic)
Mr Haifan has more than 18 years of working experience in the construction industry,
in both consultant and contractor organisations, specifically in the area of quantity
surveying and project management.
Haifan is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers and
an associate member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
Before his current appointment Haifan headed the Project Management Section of WAREES
successfully overseeing a number of key projects. His past working experience and
academic background serves him well in his current designation as the General Manager
of WAREES.
Reporting to the Chairman, he now heads the company with staff strength of more
than 40. He is in-charge of the overall portfolio in investment, projects, facilties
management and leasing activities of the company including those of WAREES Halal
and WAREES’ subsidiary companies WAREES Land and Wareesan Management Pte Ltd. His
scope also covers the formulation, management and direction setting for the company
and business development in consultation with the Board of Directors.
As WAREES charts its progress beyond its 8th successful year of operations, Haifan
brings with him technical know-how, dynamism, commitment and determination to excel. |

Mr Wan Zaid Dehya Kamal
- Manager, Operations
Bachelor Business Management (RMIT University), Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Ngee Ann Polytechnic), Fire Safety Manager
Mr Wan has more than 20 years of building management and maintenance experience.
Prior to taking up his position in WAREES, Wan has had the experience in working
with Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, Singapore Tourism Board and SAFRA Resort
Country Club, taking charge of the daily management and maintenance of these buildings.
In his current position, Wan oversees the company's operations as a service provider in the areas of project management, facilities and lease management. This diversified portfolio in WAREES includes religious, commercial, residential and institutional properties. Wan is responsible for the coordination and proper functioning of the company's operations in achieving optimum efficiency and high productivity while at the same time maximizing cost benefits. His experience has equipped him with the ability to take more responsibility in bringing WAREES to the next lap of progress locally and internationally. |

Mr Harrif Hambali
- Head, Finance
Bachelor of Business Administration (University of South Australia), Associate Financial Planner
Mr Harrif has 18 years of experience in the accounting and finance field and managing portfolio of clients from various industries ranging from SMEs to MNCs. He was also an auditor and business consulting associate prior to joining WAREES.
Harrif is currently involved in the financial review and investment function of the portfolio of the company while at the same time taking charge of the marketing and lease administration matters for the entire property portfolio in WAREES.
Equipped with his finance background and diverse exposure, he focuses into getting the maximum yield from the properties as well as understanding the client’s needs. |

Mr Razali Ramli
- Manager, WAREES Halal
Masters of International Business Administration (Flinders University of South Australia),
Bachelor of International Business Administration (Flinders University of South Australia)
Mr Razali has more than 10 years of working experience in the international service industry, specialising in business-development, project-management, and marketing-management.
Prior to the acceptance of his current appointment in 2010, Razali was with the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS) as the Head of Halal Certification (International). He was instrumental to the ASEAN Working Group of Halal Food Guidelines (2009), Singapore's FTA Negotiations on Halal (2008), MUIS' HalMQ Implementation Plan (2008), and the inception of WAREES Halal (2006).
During the period, Razali has managed more than 250 projects that span across Singapore, Thailand, China, Australia and Italy. He conceptualized more than 25 training programmes with more than 500 participants, and presented more than 10 papers on Halal to international audiences including ministers, government officials, certifiers, academicians, industry players and consumers.
Reporting to the General Manager, Razali provides the formulation, management & direction of WAREES Halal, and the supervision of a team of dedicated technical & religious personnel. With his clear corporate vision, Razali is driving WAREES Halal to be one of the leading halal certification services provider that instill credibility & integrity to its global operations. |
