RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER (RTO) (3 MONTHS CONTRACT)
An RTO will report to and assist the Project Manager in overseeing the execution and progress of the project from construction to handover stage.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for carrying out regulatory inspections in accordance to BCA statutory requirements
• Filing returns to BCA as per project requirements and carry out duties as tasked
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance to design specifications
• Assist in the overall co-ordination of architectural work and other services
• Preparation and submission of progress reporting to the Project Manager during the construction phase
• Attend technical meetings to resolve site technical issues
• Carry out any other tasks as and when instructed by the Project Manager
Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or equivalent with BCA certificate
• 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong initiative, good discipline
• Able to work independently, multi-task, meet tight deadlines and must be resourceful and technically sound
• Proficient in MS Office
Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.
